Hos has lost connection to vcenter server

Hi All,

After upgrade host esxi03 & vcenter server 5.5 U2 to 6.0, we get many alert and problem, like in the below :

1. Deprecated VMFS volume(s) found on the host.(resolved)

3. Hos has lost connection to vcenter server

we try troubleshooting this problem and this problem can resolved with restart host esxi, but around 1-2 week this problem come back, this incident has occurred for the third times.

Please help me to solve this problem, what is actually happening?

Can you provide additional details about your storage and if possible attach a vmkernel.log from the host that experienced disconnection.

Hi Richard,

Good day to you and sorry late to updates.

- we use the IBM Storwize V7000 and Storwize V7000 Unified Disk Systems.

- I can not find the file VMkernel on ESXi 6.0 host that experienced disconnection. but I take the summary logs of the ESXi experienced disconnect.
