HTML5 Client only working with Chrome

Hi everybody

I have here a fresh VCSA 6.5 U1 installation and would like to use the html5 client.

But each time I log in to the html5 client with internet explorer or firefox, it kicks me out right after it begins to load the htm5 site. Then I see again the login window.

With chrome I don't have this issue.

Does somebody also have this problem?

With the flash client I neither have those problems. The login is working properly.

Best regards

I have found the issue. A long time ago I have changed the session timeout to zero:

https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=20406...

this seems to work for the Flash client but not for the html5 client.

the html5 client seems to interpret zero to log out immediately.

I tried it also with an negative value (-1 and -120) but this didn't work neither.

So I used the highest possible value that I found out: 35000

now login is working fine...
