Glitch on the Network Settings of the vCenter Server Management page

Hi there,

I'm in the process of changing the IP/Hostname & DNS of my vCenter appliance, from the administrative page (the one available at the port 5480) : VMware vCenter Server Version 7.0.3.01000

When I go on the NIC0 settings, I end-up with this weird black shade or black screen (tested on Chrome, IE & Edge, WITHOUT AD Blocker) :

The weird thing is, when I reduce the window, it still show me the details/content, but as soon as I'm typing something, this black shade came back :

Tested. The same problem. Even with dark mode the same. 

The only option for you - in case this is really urgent to change DNS and IP via SSH.

Which I tried (and succeed sort of), but still a really annoying issue
