Force Cloning Virtual Machine

Hi,

when i'm trying to clone virtual machine from vCenter  problem occure and it says i/o error is main cause, so must be poweroff VM (according to VMware Community) but I cant poweroff my VM because of Kind of Service and it must be live all the time.

Is there any option for Cloning live VM because some solutions that i try to do failed for VM state reason ?

You can use VMware Converter or you can use Backup Software (Veeam Backup & Replication) or vSphere Replication

I suggest you to use a Backup Software.
