Flex Client empty / not showing inventory items after update to 6.7U2

Hello there,

after updating VCSA from latest 6.7U1b to 6.7U2 the flex (flash) client didn't show any items. The HTML5 Client is working.

I tried: other computer, other browser, other vcenter login user, resetting cache,

I'm pleased for any hint from the community.

Ulrich

Hi UThomas

Try login into web client using administrator@vsphere.local with SSO password

Hi

SSH into your vCSA and do a service-control --status --all.

As you can see on the screenshot, i already use administrator@vsphere.local

I create a new user, too. But the error is there, too.

Do you have third party plugins which are not compatible with 6.7U2?

Can you please ensure to take backup and snapshot before trying the steps in the kb below

Thanks,

MS

Thank you for this hint.

It turns out that the Veeam plugin caused this problem.  After uninstalling the plugin, the Flex client worked again.
