External PSC HA with Load Balancer, how to know active PSC ?

Hello,

I have two PSC in HA behind a Load Balancer. In each PSC, I can find servers, partners, partnerstatus but how I can find the active PSC ?

On my vCenter, I can only view the VIP of my PSC cluster.

Anyone have a solution ?

Thanks,

Nicolas

Hi,

Yes but I can't check the Load Balancer, another department manage it...

I found a solution, I updated the home page of each PSC (link https://psc_fqdn/websso/) to include the name of the PSC and now when I open url https://myvip_fqdn/websso, I can find my active PSC !

Thanks,

Nicolas

Thanks, but my vCenter is linked to my VIP, so behind my VIP, I don't now which server is "active".

Ex:

PSC 1: psc1.domain.corp

PSC 2: psc2.domain.corp

VIP : vip.domain.corp

vmafd-cli get-ls-location --server-name localhost

Result:

https://vip.domain.corp...

I guess this is something you will find on Laod balancer which virtual pool is active to VIP.
