in my vcenter  i can't attribute i lcence ky to my ESXI

the error is futures in use

what i must do

It seems that you are using features which require Enterprise/Enterprise Plus licenses for the ESXi hosts. Assuming that you want to apply a Standard license, you need to disabled these features, i.e. disable DRS, and revert from distributed to standard virtual switches.
