Error "HostDatastoreSystem.CreateNasDatastore" when mounting storage to new ESXi hosts

We recently stood up 5 new hosts for our virtual environment.  We're running ESXi 4.1.  On top of everything, we also implemented a new NetApps system.

Now, my 5 original hosts I can connect to the NAS with no problem.  But my 5 NEW ones, I get the following error:

Call "HostDatastoreSystem.CreateNasDatastore" for object "datastoreSystem-285" on vCenter Server "OBODEVVCS" failed.

Operation failed, diagnostics report: Unable to complete Sysinfo operation.  Please see the VMkernel log file for more details.

I have attached various screenshots so that you can see my process and my adapters, etc.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do?

Thank you in advance!
