Error - Register Web-client with different SSO server

Hello Guys

I am trying to register vCenter component on different SSO serve and facing issue while register vSphere web client on different SSO server. 

I can able to register other vCenter component (Inventory Services / vCenter Server) I am referring KB 2033620.
