Error 503 Service Unavailable and SQL Connexion Error

Hi Everybody !

I know that we have many threads on the error 503 for the vCenter but I can not find a solution for my issue.

When I start the vCenter, I have the classic error "503 Service Unavailable...\wmware-vpxd-webserver-pipe)"

When I run the command "service-control --start --all", but all services do not start.

In logs, I have :

2019-01-15T15:24:31.068+01:00 [main  ERROR com.vmware.cis.core.kv.impl.Provider.VCDBProviderFactory  opId=] SQL Error:

Login and password in the "" work well  when i want to login into the database.

The vCenter is on a windows server 2012.

Thanks for your help !
