Download Vsphere Web Client

I have upgraded Vsphere CLIENT to 5.1 from 5.5.  I am running VMWARE 5.5.0 build 1746018. However I am not able to find Vsphere Web client . I require the Vspher webclient as the Virtual machines are at R10. Is there a way just to download the Vsphere Web Client.

Since vCenter Server 5.5 Update 2 its possible to edit hardware 10 VMs with #C client ...see

Web client is part of vCenter installation you just need a supported browser:
