Does Vmkernel.boot.Hyperthreading needs to be disabled

I run esxi 6.7/7.0 ESxi host on intel cpus

does Vmkernel.boot.Hyperthreading  still needs to be set to True?

Hi there

Is this to mitigate against the Microarchitectural Data Sampling (MDS) security exploit?  If so and its a production environment you may need to disable Hyper-threading if your intel CPU is 7th gen or below.
