Design question - Multiple PSC and vCenters on v6.5

Hello All,

Currently we are investigating on how to redesign our vmware setup. Currently we have:

Vmware01.jpg

As you can see we have 2 seperate SSO domains and sites : 1 for Server VM,s and one for VMware horizon (POD). Also one embedded PSC!

After reading alot of documents and some VMware world sessions we came up with the following idea:

Vmware02.jpg

So we need to migrate to one SSO domain.

In Site one we have 3 PSC's : 1 for Server VM's and 2 for Horizon PODS

The black arrows are replication arrows.

In de second site we currenlty need our backup environment and small OTA (Server VM,s) environment

Questions:

Is this the way to go? is it recommended to set it up this way? if not any other tips?

Looks like we need to install completely new ESXi v6.5 host, new PSC on that host, New vCenter on that new host. right?

Veeam now supports v6.5, vRops does support v6.5. Log Insight supports v6.5? HP 380 G8 and 9's supports it. HBA's support esx v6.5 ? Anything else we should look at?

Anyone in the field having this setup?

Any other tips? things i forgot?

Thanks in advance.

Richard
