Delegate complete access / admin rights to a Datacenter

Hi

We use vCenter appliance 6.7, we have multiple Data Centers and clusters configured. We are looking for a way to delegate complete admin privilege for an account on one Datacenter and no access on other 2 Data Centers. Can someone help us to accomplish this?

You can add a user with administrator permission to a specific data center
