After a VM reboots, some of the DNS records are being removed and we have to run a DNS register to restore the entries. This only happens after a reboot.
IMO this is something related to the guest OS itself and/or the DNS server.
Does this happen with only a single guest, or is it an issue with all (same) guest operating systems?
