Create Folder (Production,Testing,Dev) in Vcenter as Bestpractice

Hello Everyone

        My system I had one Vcenter and 1 Datacenter ,in Datacenter have 2 cluster (1 for Production, 1 for Testing) in the same Vcenter .

        I am planning to Create folder to manage VM as below

                      NameDatacenter

                            -- Production

                                       --Microsoft Exchange

                                       --App web

                                       --each folder will relative with one application

                             -- Testing

                                        --each folder will relative with one application

          please suggest help me about best practice

               - Create list folder for production and Test

               - Should Separate datacenter for Production and Testing ? one datacenter for Production and one Datacenter for testing

If I take your question in a way, that you are asking for suggestions about creating Folders in VMs and Templates inventory.

In my opinion, do it the way you feel more comfortable.

Above looks OK to me.
