Content Library VM vs OVF Template

Hi,

I see that there are restrictions on which type of templates you can publish to synchronized Content Libraries (on other sites)

VM Template seems to be the one supported (not OVF), however when I choose a VM and Clone it as Template to Library, it shows up as OVF Template within the Content Library.

Does this mean that I cannot synchronize this from other Content Libraries?  If so what different steps need to be take to export it as VM template?

From vsphere 6.7 content libraries support VM templates.
