Hi.
We have a new vCenter installation (Version 6.5.0 Build 5705665) and I have uploaded some .ISO files to the Content Library (Windows Server and another application/technology). I try and attach either of these .ISO files to any of my VM's and I get a CdromPage.cITimeOutPopupTitle with a CdromPage.cITimeoutPopupMessage as below and either ISO refuses to mount.
I have tried a couple of different browsers etc. and am logged on as the Administrator. I have also re-downloaded some of the .ISO files and re-imported to rule that out.
Any ideas please?
Thanks.
Check if you are using the right way : Create a Library
Thanks AishR. We have deleted and re-created the content library following the article, although we have not set it to be published or subscribed as it is only for use with the local vCenter Server/vSphere hosts. We are still getting the same timeouts when attempting to mount an .ISO
Thanks
Having the same issue here. Has there been any forward movement on this?
This is a shot in the dark, but do you have the firewall ports open for the vCenter server?
16666, 16667 | Content Library ports |
18090 | Content Manager internal port |
