Content Libraries - Not showing any contents for newly created VMs? / Can I use it between clusters?

Hello everyone,

We run on a VxRail cluster, we had moved to Content Libraries the end of 2020, everything was working fine, ISO's showed up for any VMs we had.

Fast forward to today and I have built out some new VM's, however when I go to attach an ISO image hosted in the Content Library, it shows no images.

If I go to a VM created before we did the vCenter / VxRail updates - the some of the VM's show all of the contents, However newly created and some older VMs after the upgrade, do not show any contents? All VM's are created the same via a PS script we use.

Examples:

VM created some time ago:

VM Created today:

Just to show our layout

vCenter server - version 6.7.0 17137327
---Cluster1 on Cluster 1 vSAN

---Cluster2 on Cluster 2 vSAN

---Cluster 3 on Cluster 3 vSAN

Each cluster running on their own vSAN - All under the same vCenter.

We have the Content Library hosted on Cluster 1 vSAN.

Any thoughts? Is it a permission issue somewhere?

Another question, with this all being under one vCenter, I should be able to use the contents of the content library across any cluster under vCenter correct?
