Configuring VLAN Tagging on a Distributed Switch

Hello all,

On a VCSA 6.5, I'm trying to configure VLAN tagging, on a port group within a Distributed Switch.

I was only able to configure a VLAN at the Distributed Switch level, not at the port group level.

This can be easily done a regular vSwitch.

What am I missing?

Hi Ron,

Sounds a bit strange. Can you take some screenshots?

For an existing distributed port group, you should just be able to right click on the port group > Edit Settings > VLAN and set the VLAN ID in here.

When creating a new distributed port group, the option to set the VLAN is on the Configure Settings section of the wizard in the GUI:
