Command line installation in Vcenter 5.1 fails.

I'm trying command line installation of Vcenter5.1 by using

http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/techpaper/vsp_51_vcserver_cmdline_install.pdf.

from which i've created batch file and executed it in order
1]Local Installation with Basic Single Sign On and Bundled Database.from page 12

2]Inventory Service Local Installation from page 12

3]Typical Local Installation – Use the Default Settings from page 13

At the end Vcenter installation got failed showing error as:1603

also i've manully tried to start the services of Vcenter but still it is showing error.

Plz let me know whats the problem in this..
