Check compliance on Vcenter 7.03b

1. By checking complance on my vmware esxi server (6.7u3b) or (7.03b) i become the following:

"Host cannot download files from VMware vSphere Lifecycle Manager patch store. Check the network connectivity and firewall setup, and check esxupdate logs for details. "

What can i do to solve this?

2. By Pre-check remediation from Vcenter for the esxi 7.03b server i become following message:

"VMware vCenter Server is installed on the virtual machine and DRS is disabled on the cluster."

I have no cluster installed and don't have find any information how to solve this problem!
