Change vCenter alerts email syntax

Hi all, hope you are doing fine.
I've been working on an integration between vCenter and an alerting tool.
It seems like the alerting tool only takes inputs if they are sent in a very specific syntax which is something like this:

Tool name(vCenter) | Severity(Critical/Warning) | Status(Open/Close) | Hostname | IP address | Monitoring area(like CPU utilization etc.)

I've been looking for some information on this and I didn't found anything.
I honestly never had to change this parameter on vSphere, I was wondering if some of you has done this before.

There's some level of customizations that can be done w/Email Alerts, see https://williamlam.com/2019/11/customizing-vcenter-alarm-email-subject-and-body.html

However, for maximum customization and extensibility, the VMware Event Broker Appliance (VEBA) is really what you'd want to use since you can control 100% of the output to your external system and can probably done in less than 10min 🙂

See https://williamlam.com/2021/07/how-to-modernize-your-vsphere-alarm-actions-using-the-vmware-event-br... for an example
