Cannot power on VM's after storage outage

Rebooting the ESX host solved the issues.  Restarting all the services did not help.  The datastores looked read/only.  Vmotion would hang up on VM's associated to those datastores so that meant an outage forcing the hosts to reboot.

Migrate the VM to another host and power on the VM.
