Cannot load vsphere client

Hi All

I am getting the following error when trying to launching the vSphere web client

503 Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4Http20NamedPipeServiceSpecE:0x7f39f8065840] _serverNamespace = / _isRedirect = false _pipeName =/var/run/vmware/vpxd-webserver-pipe)

I can log into the vCenter appliance via the console and SSH.

I can't seem to find any reference to the N7Vmacore4Http20NamedPipeServiceSpecE:0x7f39f8065840 portion of the error so any help would be appreciated

If postgre db size is full vcenter services becomes down , so analyze and make sure you have all services up and running.
