Cannot deploy template :unable to access file [datastore] mytemplate/mytemplate.vmdk

HI All,

when we deplaying the template on the cluster ,only one host have issue on template deplayment [Cannot deploy template :unable to access file [datastore] mytemplate/mytemplate.vmdk]

but the rest host the  template deplaymet succeed .

This is a known problem, The issue is occurring because the vmdk is still piing to template vmdk and not of the cloned vmdk

Thanks for your response ,

The issue is if we are try to deploy the template [Ex:MYtemplate] to the Clustre A host  ,all template deployment on host got successful except one host.

As per the link ,if the last provision VM harddisk pointed to Mytemplate.vmdk mean you can't able provision anymore VM using Mytemplate ,but here i can able to provision the VM using the Mytemplate , when i try to provision vm using particularly one Host [Ex:Myhost] got failed.

The datastore are shared to all the host .

I am  bit confused
