Can you dial back thin provisioned space for a VM after the fact within vCenter

I know you the standalone converter can accomplish this, but I can't seem to do this within vCenter itself. I basically have a Windows OS template that has a vDisk containing the boot partition set to 100GB thin provisioned. It's actually only using just under 15GB and I want to cut this in half and make it 50GB thin provisioned. What is the easiest way of doing this that is clean?

You could also use the vmware converter to shrink the disk
