Can't add vCenter license in Single Sign On web client

After an upgrade from Vcenter 5.5 to vCenter 6.5 is complete, and after sign in to the vcenter sso on web with the administrator account,

i can't add vcenter 6.5 license, i do not find the add button under   Menu -> Administration -> Licenses

To which release of 6.5 you updated?

Looks like many options are missing ,could be a issue with localisation or feature parity issue with H5C.

could you please try with NGC or switching H5C to English locale?

the solution is to use the flash based webclient interface.
