Can not access VCenter via RDP or Vsphere client

Hi Team ,

I have rebooted my vCenter server after a Windows patch update, post reboot I am able to ping vCenter ip but I am not able to take RDP / access vCenter via Vsphere client. I had logged in to the ESXI where this vCenter is installed and did power off and ON the VM but when I checked the console I can only see a message rolling back install .

Can anyone suggest a possible solution for this issue ?

There is something wrong with the windows updates. This message is a microsoft message.

What happen, after the roleback is completed? Is the OS booting? Or did the message never gone away?
