In my Environment I found the log in: \VMware\vCenterServer\logs\vsm\web\
In the latest catalina.2017-08-29.log

Tomcat should be installed at C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\tomcat

but unfortunately I have two tomcat folders in vcenter installation path. Is there any possibility to see which one is used?

Can you check in task manager for running tomcat process and refer to its file location ?
Unfortunately there is no tomcat process, just a lot of "wrapper's" and Java processes.
