CPUID errors

Can anyone advise if the following lines pulled from a VMs vmware.log file during a VM Automation (DRS?) power on event would have any detrimental impact:

2014-11-22T10:40:08.092Z| vmx| I120: CPUID differences from hostCPUID.

2014-11-22T10:40:08.095Z| vmx| W110: ObtainHardwareID unexpected failure: 22.

2014-11-22T10:40:08.095Z| vmx| W110: Hostinfo_MachineID ObtainHardwareID failure (Invalid argument); providing default.

I am occassionally seeing stale locks on the VM and am unable to continue conducting backups until the VM is powered off/on again to clear the locks.  I understand the above errors can be cleared by powering off the VM -> Edit settings -> Options -> Advanced -> CPUID Mask -> Advanced button -> Reset to default values.

But don't want to power off the VM unless there's a possibility these errors could be affecting EVC and maybe having an impact on DRS host migration?  Is it common to see the above and should I just ignore them?
