As you aware there are many built-in accounts in vmware or vcenter like root, admin, vmware, svadmin etc. Would like to know the commmand or link from where all accounts (built in + custom) information to be display, also their password policy.
Am using vcenter 5.1 build 880146.

Hi,
By default we have few roles in vcenter
Home ----
Administration-----
Roles ---
you can find default roles
In the belwo KB link .
First you can take clone of virtual machine power user role in to customize name . then follow the steps on by one in the given KB link .
VMware vSphere 4 - ESX and vCenter Server
Note: create dummy user check .
When we talk about SSO default user account their is build in account in 5.5 administrator@vsphere.local (as opposed to admin@system-domain in vCenter SSO 5.1). By default,

hi
I haven't see any VMware documentation yet on this, but in SSO you should have 3 accounts:
- admin@system-domain
- krbtgt
- K/M
We should not touch the krbtgt & K/M accounts SSO Users krbtgt and K/M
SSO passwords expire after 365 days, see below Kbs related to SSO user & password policy
