Annotations (Notes) are not syncing

Hi

I recently updated vCenter 5 to 5.5.After updating I am facing a issue  like... Every vm has different notes written but some times its showing same notes to all vms.

Example:

First Highlight a vm where notes are written and click a vm where notes are not written but after clicking here previous vms notes are showing.

Host Cpu and memory statistics are loading very slowly.

DB re indexing is done as per below kb but no luck any help.. 

Rebuilding indexes to improve the performance of SQL Server and Oracle vCenter Server databases (2009918).

Vcenter :5.5.0
