After upgrade of vCSA 6.5 to 6.7 host license was not automatically applied

After VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 Update 3n (Build Number 17590285) upgrade to VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.7 update 3l (Build Number 17138064), the vCSA, and PCSs  were successfully upgraded. But the on vCSA, the hosts license were not automatically assigned..

Any known issue? Work around was manually update the license

Did u check if the host had license on them before upgrade? I mean directly login to ESXi UI and check if it was licensed.

Seems like we never had the license applied to ESXi's. No known issues reported around this.

Thanks for the reply.

We had license applied originally, however after upgrading  vCenter with 2 external PSCs license mode is in evaluation. Also the Single Sign On Password Policy Maximum lifetime date was not propagated after the upgrade.
