We face an account locking issue. The user account has locked. So we unlocked and also reset the password. after the password reset the account getting lock even every login.
Kindly advice what will be the root cause for the issue.
You have to clarify your question in detail, is it AD user or SSO user ? Check if you are using same account at other components like monitoring tools.

The user is AD user. We try basic password reset and account unlock. Bit after that, in every login the account get locked.
