AS400 + Vmware..?

Hi,

I know this question have been addressed, but the post I could read was almost 10 years old.

Is there anyway I can convert an AS400 to my existing VCenter, or is it still a no?

I need to shut the actual as400 down, but I would really like to keep it alive, since we keep it for consultation. I tried extracting data, but some data are corrupted, which make these results excluded from the query, but I can still read them on the 400... Also, I have a failed drive on it, so it's getting a bit risky...

Thank you!

VMware VMs are x86 machines, virtualization is not emulation - so I would say it’s a no
