I did ask this question before, But I am trying to create a heartbeat connection between two Cluster nodes on two different ESXi host, I have a VLAN configured for Layer two on the Dell 4810 and configured on the VM infrastructure, I also am at the same time trying to configure a Private VLAN to see which one is best suited and easily configured for a Heartbeat connection
I have a 30 Blade VM cluster configured with a standard and distributed switch for connectivity. I have never configured a VM microsoft cluster and my networking skill for this is lacking, can anyone assist?
