8 Hosts & 2 have Enterprise Lic, can I put those 2 in their own cluster & use DRS & Ent Features?

In Theory you would think it would work.. Problem is there is no way currently to move the other VM's off these hosts to move them & then move the guests back.. back to the drawing bd..
