vCenter server down

Hi, I work for a company that currently has an active contract with Vmware. At our client, we have vcenter server down and can't find a way to fix it. I am turning to this forum because I also can't find a suitable way to initiate support assistance. I would be grateful if someone could tell me which is the correct channel to communicate my incident. Thanks in advance, I look forward to your comments.

Log in to https://customerconnect.vmware.com/ using an entitled account
On the navigation bar select Support and click on Get Support
Select Technical Support section and click on Request Support
Once you have reached here, select the Entitlement Account for your company and raise the request for the product.
