This really isn't for the code forum. Not sure if there is a dedicated Install/Hardware forum.
The error is about creating the partition table, which fails when committing it to disk.
Given it's 2019 ... I'd really shy away from using ESXi 6.0 since it's not supported (from what I recall of the top of my head).
