It seems that tar Installation file for 32-bit Linux is simply wrong. I've downloaded it two times and there's no chance to use it: " invalid compressed data--format violated". Can anyone confirm that please? Best regards, MZ.
Are you talking about the new 6.0.3 build 80004? I downloaded it earlier today and it untarred and subsequently installed just fine (though I did need to apply any-any-update116 to get the kernel modules to be created properly).
That's right, I'm talking about the very latest version - 6.0.3 build 80004.That's odd, because while I was writing this message, I downloaded it once again, and now the archive is ok. Because the problem seems to be solved, please consider this thread closed. Thanks and regards, MZ.
