Hi,
I am running Vista x64 Ultimate.
I've installed VMWARE Workstation v6. However, after doing so i am unable to connect to my workstation from any other workstation in my house. I normally just RDP onto my workstation from my laptop.
If i disable the vmnet1 & vmnet8 adapters everything is fine. Any ideas? I've posted my ipconfig details below.

What is the gust OS?
Are you trying to RDP directly to the VM?
Post the .vmx file from the virtual machine
Post the output from " ipconfig /all (Windows) or ifconfig -a (Linux) from the guest OS
Are u using the bridged configuration?
I'm running almost the same inviroment on a laptop
no default gateways are filled in on the vmware nic's but through bridge mode they pick up the default gateway of the host! (checked that?)
kind regards,
Roel
