The update for VMware Workstation 8.0 ie 8.0.1 is very large ie around 4xx MB and downloading it will take a couple of hours on my connection. But after pausing the download and if I try to resume the download after a couple of hours, it won't work. I will have to start it again. Why can't the download be paused and then resumed after a couple of hours? There's no pause and resume feature in Workstation updater either. So rather than supplying temporary download links, why don't you guys provde a direct download link so that we can pause and resume the download when ever we want
