It looks like you are using a Tech Preview build of 16.0? 16540321
The coexistence of Hyper-V in the host and VMware Workstation 15.5.5 and newer is only supported on Windows 10 20H1 and newer host. It looks like you have a Windows 7 host. Version 16.x no longer supports Windows 7 as a host machine.
Turn off Hyper-V, follow this KB
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2146361
It is best you use a proper release of 16.x such as 16.1.2 or 16.2.x although 16.2.x seems to have problems also with Hyper-V on the host.
I'm sure I'm using Windows 11 21H2, and I don't know where the logs about “Windows 7” word came from.
I refer to the link you gave to shut down Hyper-V for operation, and after setting Device Guard to be disabled , now the virtual machine seems to work normally.
Thank you very much!
