windows 7 vmware 6.5.3

Just purchase a new desktop. installed vmware 6.5.3 and need to set up a Vista system in order to use diabetes software.

tried to install it and it seem to load ok but in the completing installation phase just seems to be in a loop.

is there a problem with 6.5.3 and windows 7????

would some one please help?

We had issues when we tried to run Win 7 on 6.5.3

Upgraded our VMware Workstation to 7 and working with Win 7 has been really easy.
