a single fedora 26 guest, running under windows 10/workstation pro v14, is experiencing a number of networking failures. in one failure mode, the network simply stops. disconnecting/reconnecting brings it back again for less than a minute. in another mode, it works but pings to other hosts on the same subnet experience strange spikes. has anyone else seen this?
