vmware workstation problem with scanner

Hi all

I have HP scanjet 5590 it has a software named HP Scanner for scanning. when I run VMware workstation and run a guest VM the application and also the scanner not work in Host PC as well as guest os.

and even when I shutdown the guest os I can not use it and I should restart the Host to scan

please help

Host OS and version?

Workstation Pro version?

Guest OS and version?

Host OS: Windows 10

Workstation Pro: 16.1.2 build-17966106

Guest OS: Mikrotik 7

Scanner is connected to Host.
