vmware workstation 6.5.1..5078 won't run on vista ultimate sp1 32bit & Windows 7 Beta 32bit

After I install it. I click on it to run it but it doesn't do nothing no errors no nothing. Just won't go out all. My pc specs are

Protection softwares I have installed is AVAST Pro 4.8.1229, Spybot Search & Destroy 1.6.0.30, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.34, PC Tools Firewall Plus 5.0.0.37. I even disabled all those protection software's still no difference. I reinstalled using run as adminstrator and after it installed i right click on it launcher as run as adminstrator still no luck. Hope someone can help me out. Before my trial ends it started today,

Welcome to the forums.

What's your host operating system? Is it Vista Ultimate SP1 x86 or is it Windows 7 Beta x86?

I have it running fine on a Dell XPS 720 with Vista Ultimate SP1 x64 with an Intel Q6600, and 8GB of RAM. No issues.

I tried it on both. First vista ultimate sp1 32bit. Then I upgraded to windows 7 beta. Had same problems with both.

no i didnt have any luck with version 6.5.0.4558 either. It was the same. Click on to use it and it just doesnt do nothing.

Have you tried shift+right click and trying to run it as an administrator for the first run?

Sorry I should had said something 2 days ago. When I got it working. Microsoft had something about what you said to do on their site. I thought 2 days ago I go on there site about programs not running.
