vmware workstation 16 with a guest of windows 7 error

hi all 

im having issues trying to get 2 of my windows 7 32 bit to working a vm? i have tried vhd file ,vmdk file ? and still get the same issues on one im getting error bsod 7E and the other is error 7B BSOD. the one im triying tonight is a win 7 32 bit -ive attached the pictures to show the issues

 it boots up  and then this error comes up 

the picture below has a vhd file attached ? I'm running out of ideas what to do

any help will be much appreciated

thanks for the support, where is the best place to download a win 7 iso, ive tried looking for one ms hasn't got it on there website

Umm... didn't you say earlier that you already downloaded an ISO?  MS does have them if you have an MSDN subscription and a valid account.

Also, if you have a Win7 installation disc, you can create an ISO image from that.

Yeah I did but I couldn’t get that to load either
