vmware workstation 10 crashing with unrecoverable error vthread-14 (access violation)

My vmware machine keeps crashing. I just created a new windows 7 32 bit vm machine. It keeps crashing on me with the message in the subject. VMware locks up and I can't shut it down other than by using task manager. It happened 3 different times today. I have no problems with my other vms. I have attached the log file if anyone can help. Thanks.

Hi puffadder,

Your VM is crashing in a component of the Nvidia display driver.  If you don't need 3D accelerated graphics in this VM, you might want to try disabling 3D acceleration in the VM's settings.  Otherwise, you can try checking the Nvidia site for updated drivers for your card.

Cheers,
